My Brothers new an employee that worked there and I knew if I wanted a Bike this would be the place. My first bike since my late 20's and it is an experience I brag about especially the upgrades and issues others are having with the same parts. Bent over backwards to get a problem fixed ASAP. Bravo Zulu to ALL who work at Reel Brothers. Especially having to deal with me LOL.

Morning!! Just a quick note to the boys in service at Reel Brothers.Stopped in to pick up a tire this morning and had some questions.Walked in and was met by Zander who always is extremely helpful and quick to remember your name.Always a positive fella with a story to tell.Spoke with Phil who was very helpful as well and quick to listen which to me is a very important quality.Had a question about a tire install and before I knew it,Zander had pulled a manual and I had my question answered in under a minute.Truly impressive.So kudos to you both.Always enjoy going into Reel Brothers whether just looking at bikes,stopping in service or getting out to the floor and listening to one of Gordy,s sales stories.Peace
